CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Cancellation made within 8 days prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.

DELUXE ROOMS

Our Deluxe Rooms come with either the City View or the Pool view. The Deluxe Rooms comes in 2 combinations of bed configurations. The first combination is with 1 King Size bed and the other with 2 Double Beds. The room equipped with the King Size Bed is able to accommodate 1 extra bed, whereas the room equipped with the 2 double beds is not able to accommodate the extra bed. In any combination the Deluxe Rooms are able to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All rooms are wall to wall fully carpeted. Rooms are equipped with large writing desk, IDD, 3 telephones, high speed internet access, fax and computer facilities, voice mail, tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar, color TV with CNN channel, electronic safe, safelock on all doors, hairdryer, bedside control touch panel for lighting, radio, TV and individually controlled air conditioning, power outlet for 240 volts.

The bathroom comes with a long bathtub and a separate shower stall. The amenities in the bathrooms includes bath towels and generous supply of the essential toiletries. Iron & Ironing Board are available upon request.

To secure the booking it is very IMPORTANT for you to insert the details of your credit card with the following information: Name that appear on the Card : Type of Card : Card Number : The Expiry Date : 4 Digits for AMEX : 3 Digit security Code for Mastercard or Visa.

If you wish to pay by cash, please indicate on the Reservation Form that you wish to pay cash, we shall instruct you to deposit into the Resort’s Bank Account the total amount for the first night of the total room/s reserved. The details shall be advised to you at the confirmation stages.
